Rental Factory Contract Terms
- Using rental area for calculating Infrastructure Maintenance Fee.
- Using outdoor occupancy area for calculating Outdoor Area Usage Charge.
- Settlement Currency of Rental Fee, Infrastructure Maintenance Fee, Outdoor Area Usage Charge and Wastewater Treatment Charge for EPE＊ and Non-EPE＊ are VND.
- EPE stands for “Export Processing Enterprise” which mostly exports its products to overseas.
- Non-EPE stands for “Industrial Zone” which mostly sells its products to Vietnamese markets.
- USD price of Infrastructure Maintenance Fee and Utilities Charges is just for your reference.
- The current Fee and Charges mentioned above may be adjusted time to time in the future.
- The rental fee is based on USD price and VND price mentioned above may be adjusted time to time in the future due to the economic conditions and fluctuations in the exchange rate.
- Wastewater volume is considered 80% of water usage and we shall calculate Wastewater Treatment Charge.
